The Marauder is a 35' Bertram Sportfisher which the Captain purchased in late 2005 and renovated from top to bottom. The boat has a full cabin which is heated for the Winter Striper season and an enclosed head and features a custom built tower which is used primarily for site casting to Cobia and Red Drum in the summer months. During the Spring and Summer months, we fish the sounds, inlet, and ocean waters of the Outer Banks for Blues, Spanish Mackerel, King Mackerel, Red Drum, Cobia, Stripers, and more. Winter (Nov-Feb) bring big ocean Stripers to our area with some weighing in at 40+ lbs!
